We will book you in for your survey assessment appointment, at which we’ll confirm the best Stira loft ladder system to suit you and your property. Any variation in cost can be settled on the day.
All our Stira installers carry a range of sizes with them to suit Irish homes. This means that in the majority of cases you can have your loft ladder system installed on the same day. Installation takes approximately 90 minutes.

Because we are manufacturers means we can produce bespoke Stira loft ladder systems, ensuring you will have the perfect folding attic stairs system to meet your specific needs every time.
Please note: We can also install your Stira loft ladder system in a completely new location/room if required. This involves creating a new opening. This is often the only option if your current opening is in a tight spot and can’t be adjusted or extended as required.
We can also install into lath and plaster ceilings. Both these services incur extra cost which our surveyor assessor will confirm with you should they be applicable.
